We are a professional car wash machine manufacturer based in shanghai, China, with 15 years of production experience. Our product range covers touchless car wash machines, gantry reciprocating car wash machines and self-service carwash machines. We also provide customized cleaning equipment for all types of vehicles.

CKL Carwash provides four full series of commercial car wash equipment, including water jet touchless wash, contour-tracking premium touchless systems, automatic brush washers, and custom car wash solutions.
All units adopt advanced 3D scanning technology, heavy-duty high-pressure plunger pumps, and intelligent IoT monitoring. Equipped with our self-developed IoT control mainboard and exclusive i-com 2.0 system, our machines support stable 24/7 unmanned operation for all commercial car wash projects.

Waterjet Touchless
Our CKL Waterjet Series touchless washers feature precise 3D scanning and 360° full-car high-pressure spray of 8–10MPa for scratch-free deep cleaning. Full entry-to-premium lineup suits diverse commercial budgets.
Contour Premium
Our premium contour-following touchless washer uses proprietary overhead tracking cleaning with a 20cm ultra-close wash gap. Its 18.5KW industrial plunger pump delivers over 10MPa pressure to remove tough stains.
Brush Auto Wash
Reciprocating automatic brush washers: superior cleaning & drying, contour recognition, real-time IoT monitoring. Only 7.5m space needed, low water, stable 24/7 unmanned work to lower costs.

Warranty Policy of CKL Carwash
CKL Carwash provides a full three-year warranty for all car wash machine models and supporting components from CKL Carwash. Every automated car wash equipment sold by CKL Carwash enjoys unified three-year quality warranty coverage, covering core mechanical parts and electric components of all CKL Carwash car wash systems.
1.If you install CKL Carwash touchless & gantry brush car wash machines alone, we provide free full-process online installation guidance.
2.CKL Carwash can send engineers for on-site installation of all our car wash machines; you bear travel & labor costs, quotation based on actual conditions.
We offer Waterjet1000 1-year extended warranty covering the whole machine and all spare parts. Faulty parts will be replaced free of charge within the warranty period, excluding shipping fees. We recommend customers stock basic consumables for routine maintenance; replacement parts will be shipped together with your next order or via cost-effective logistics (excluding DHL).
The warranty becomes void under the following conditions:
1.Improper operation against manuals or operation under abnormal working conditions that may cause injury or equipment damage.
2.Damages caused by force majeure including war, flood, earthquake, lightning strike and abnormal voltage.
